THE ABBEY The Abbey at Westhaven is a magnificent luxury home located within a 'gated' community just off Interstate Highway 4. Approximately 30 minutes by car from Orlando International Airport, 12 - 15 minutes from all Disney attractions and just 2 minutes away from the exclusive 'Champions Gate Golf Resort' designed by Greg Norman. The Abbey is a beautiful executive styled home that backs on to managed orange groves. It has four large bedrooms; two are queen sized master bedrooms. Both have their own en-suite bath / shower rooms. One of the master bedrooms is of the 'cabana' type located separately at the edge of the pool. Both these double bedrooms have doors which open directly onto the pool deck. There are two additional twin bedrooms sharing a third family bath / shower room. This luxury home provides very comfortable sleeping for up to 8 people from either one or two families.
The home has a large open plan lounge and dining area. Separated from the dining room and lounge area by a breakfast bar, there is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher, microwave, cooker and fridge freezer. A formal dining room can seat 6.
 The pool is of a 'courtyard' type which means it forms an integrated part of the home. The deck surrounding the pool is of a material which even on the hottest of days will not burn your feet. The pool is totally secluded. During winter months the pool can be heated at an additional charge. All bedrooms lead through patio doors onto the pool deck. The doors are alarmed for child safety. The pool side area is equipped with luxury pool loungers & table.
At the rear of the villa which overlooks managed orange groves, there is a small terrace that allows breakfast to be taken in the sun and sunbathing during the day (table and chairs are provided) as well as the use of a barbeque which can be hired for an additional charge. BASIC FEATURES
The villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all main rooms and for those rare winter days when required, there is central heating.
The villa is professionally cleaned and managed by a reliable local company who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if you require assistance. We provide all bed linens, towels (including pool towels) and tea towels etc. and there are full laundry facilities including washing and drying machines along with iron and ironing board.
There is cable TV, CD, and DVD in the lounge and televisions are also located in each of the double bedrooms; a radio is also provided in the two master bedrooms. There is a telephone for selected local free calls. The cheapest route to make national and international calls is to purchase a local voucher. This card will enable you to use the telephone that is to be found in The Abbey to make all calls.
There is parking for two cars in a double garage or on the driveway.
Supermarket, petrol and restaurants of various types are located within 10 minutes of The Abbey. Full details are provided in the 'Visitors Book' to be found within the property provided by the Management Company.
